It has been a slow start to the year. But after a slow relaxing summer break and
the first work week of the year behind me, I returned to my Friday
morning routine. Fresh fruit from the local grocer and fresh flowers
from the market. Creation of small arrangements for the bedroom and the living room.
The promise of some afternoon knitting and a cup of tea on this surprisingly wintry day in the midst of summer.
